Someone works out whether a product is legal to ship to Mexico this week. None of it is difficult. All of it is constant, and it is the reason a store that could grow does not. Software has automated pieces of this for years. What is new is that an agent can hold the whole context — the order, the listing, the rules, the history — and act inside it, with a person approving the parts that matter.
